You can use our TrackLink app to automatically make logbook entries.

TrackLink is a GPS tracking app. When you enter a water geofence that you have set up the app will ask you if you are sailing. If you hit yes it will automatically start the track. When you exit the geofence it will automatically stop tracking.

The track data and weather information is automatically uploaded to your logbook. You can forever after see your track.

You can add this track to your crewmate's logbook also by logging in to your logbook online and adding your crewmate to the log. Adding crewmates is not done on the App itself.

TrackLink also automatically authenticates your logbook entry in your logbook. See this article on authentication of entries.

TrackLink for now is only an iOS App.
