In the onboarding document for setting up a new school, the document asks you to set up a location. If your school is not listed then you have not set up a location.
The other reason might be that you have not fully completed all the requirements. Go through the onboarding document 1 by 1. If you are sure that all is now 100% complete, please contact schoolsupport@nauticed.org
