To achieve the Skipper Small Keelboat Certification Rank, you must pass these three courses. The courses teach all aspects of sailing and motoring a small sailboat 25 ft (7.5 m) or less with an outboard motor. Additionally, the student must either log a minimum of 10 qualifying days in their NauticEd logbook to be awarded the Skipper Small Keelboat Rank certification or gain a competence sign-off by a qualified NauticEd American National Standards instructor.
