NauticEd's training and certification is based on the American National Standards for Sailing Training and Assessment created by the US Coast Guard and managed by NASBLA. NauticEd is the only officially recognized sailing training body in the USA that has adopted ANS and has been audited and accepted as conforming to the standard.
