NauticEd has an Introduction to Sailing course. This is a 3 to 4 hour online course that covers the basics (and some more).  Taking this course will ensure that any on-the-water instruction is spent learning the practical skills rather than wasting theory classroom time on the water. It means that you get much more out of your practical training. Once complete both online and on the water with an instructor, you will receive a Basic Introduction to Sailing Certificate.
