The Skipper Rank is for larger boats (larger than 25 feet – 7.6 meters).
It builds further beyond the American National Standards and requires you pass the online Skipper bundle of courses which consists of the Skipper Course and the Maneuvering Under Power Course.
You must also list your experience in the NauticEd logbook and achieve level 1 before you are issued the Skipper Rank.
